In the event that BAYER detects a User who is not a healthcare professional , BAYER will eliminate that User and may eliminate the pharmacy or pharmacies to which it belongs without any right to redeem the points obtained with the loyalty program. Likewise, in the event that BAYER detects that a User shares their access codes with third parties, BAYER will eliminate that User and may eliminate the pharmacy to which it belongs without any right to redeem the points obtained with the loyalty program.

Club Bayer

BAYER has developed the concept of Club Bayer on this website. Club Bayer is a digital channel launched by the Division of Consumer Health - UAE focused on training, information and loyalty for healthcare professionals, specifically pharmacy professionals in UAE.

The main objective of Club Bayer is to help improve the pharmaceutical recommendation and to enhance the education of pharmacists and the medical related activities such as knowledge of the product, dispense and recommendations of the products in the pharmacy.

At Club Bayer you can find: quality training content where you can test your knowledge, training challenges, knowledge challenges and visibility challenges with which you can earn points which allow you to get virtual medals and upgrade your knowledge.

Club Bayer has been designed in compliance with all current regulations in UAE the relevant industry codes. The sellout challenges are exclusively for food and cosmetic products is in no way related to any existing or future business relationship between BAYER and the pharmacy or the healthcare professionals, and in particular you are by no means obligated or requested to prescribe, recommend, purchase or buy any BAYER products in connection with your capacity as an User. The points obtained by the User are obtained by their assessment of training, questions, or surveys and by uploading images in the case of visibility challenges, and do not constitute an incentive for healthcare professionals to prescribe, recommend, purchase or buy any BAYER products.

My trainings

The trainings consist of a series of specialized contents on topics related to health and pharmacy management, presented in different formats such as videos, infographics and presentations with which you can learn or refresh your knowledge on pathologies, treatments, BAYER products and applied business management to the pharmacy. All the training courses have been developed by BAYER and by a team of pharmacists, complying with all current medical and regulatory standards and with rigorous internal validation by BAYER.

The trainings are intended to provide relevant information for healthcare professionals working in a pharmacy with the aim of improving the pharmaceutical recommendation about different therapy areas. In the training you will be able to learn about different categories such as vitamins, digestive health, women's intimate health, skin care, flu and cold, among others. You can also learn about business management applied to the pharmacy.

Every time you finish a training, you will have the opportunity to answer some questions to check what you have learned. If you answer the questions correctly in the allotted time, you can assess the training and earn points or levels. In this case, your training will appear as "DONE". The Users only can earn points or levels once per training, but trainings can be repeated all times that User wants.

My challenges

In Club Bayer you can find 3 types of challenges. Two challenges at the User level (challenges of knowledge and challenges of visibility) and one challenge at the pharmacy level. The challenges expire and have a fixed validity time. When the term has expired you can no longer take the challenge or participate in the respective activity.

Knowledge challenges are challenges launched at the User level that include a series of questions related to training or surveys that we launch to get your opinion. Each knowledge challenge/survey has a validity period in which you can do it, some associated points/levels and some labels about the category and status of your challenge. If you answer the questions correctly in the allotted time, you will be able to assess the training and earn points only for food supplements, cosmetics and certain health products and win medals as expert recognition for over-the-counter medications.

The visibility challenges of food and cosmetic products are challenges that we launch at the User level and it require that the User uploads up to 3 images of the activation of the challenge in the pharmacy. They refer to a brand and an activation area (e.g. showcase, displays, shelf, visibility, etc.). Once you upload the images, you will get the associated points. BAYER will carry out an analysis and audit of the uploaded images and in the case that they do not correspond to the visibility challenge, it will eliminate the points and may additionally cancel the User's account.

The sellout challenges reminders/notifications are launched at the pharmacy level and are available only for those pharmacies which had already executed a sell-out incentive contract with BAYER. This component is designed as a notification which is regularly sent to the pharmacy owner/manager/supervisor in order to remind them about the existing sell-out scheme contracted by their respective pharmacy in order to boost pharmacy performance.

My medals (Virtual Medals)

Any User verified and accepted by BAYER can earn levels as consideration for the evaluations of the training courses or the knowledge challenges.

The medals are a recognition that you can receive. You will be able to level up in the categories of the medals. To get the level up for each medal, you will have to do trainings and challenges that allow you to improve your expert level. When you have achieved the necessary levels, you will be able to unlock the next medal in that category.

You can see the levels you have in My Profile and your Ranking sections of the website. It will be displayed under My Medals tile. There are five types of medals that you can achieve: Professional, Counselor, Specialist, Expert and Master.

Your User Files

BAYER may organize contests as well as different activities (hereinafter, the Activities) through the website. In some cases, in order to participate in the Activities that BAYER organizes through the website, the User must be the holder of a User Account. Participation in Activities implies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and participation in contests also implies, where applicable, full acceptance of their specific terms and conditions.

Images and Videos

Some of the Activities may require the User to send images and / or video content (hereinafter, User Images) for publication by BAYER on the website. One shared, these images and the video content will not be subject to any confidentiality restrictions and may be made public. The User will be the owner of the rights related to his User Images and he will grant to BAYER a free, unlimited, worldwide and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, amend (in particular translation into other languages), change, distribute and publish the User Images and create audiovisual material or any other derivative works using the User Images in any format.

The User Images that are sent in accordance with the provisions of these Terms & Conditions and that are published by BAYER on the website will be accessible by third-party users to whom the User grants a free, unlimited and non-exclusive license to access the images and videos sent by him as well as a license to reproduce them. The User exempts BAYER from any responsibility derived from the use by third parties of the User Images.
